Here is a nice smaller tract of land that packs a big punch! Loaded with deer and turkeys, this property is made up of woods, tamarack swamp, tillable and rolling terrain. The timber is enrolled in the SFIA program providing nice income and the 7-acres of tillable can be rented or used for food plots. The deer sign was thick and we saw several turkeys when walking the property. The northeast corner of the property has been logged and the regrowth timber holds plenty of deer as does the Tamarack.
